Strength Training & Team Fitness

Want to get rid of those saddle bags on your thighs and those bat wings on your arms?  This class will help you find those muscles you haven't seen since you were 20!   

This is NOT a heavy weight resistance class.  We will be using dumbbells, bands and your own body weight to train specific muscle groups. You will strengthen your body and get in great shape.  Resistance training is a great way to replace body fat with muscle.


What is TEAM Fitness you ask?  This class will combine cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance to give you a total body workout.  We will use the bikes along with cardio circuit drills to improve your cardiovascular system and increase your endurance.  Through the use of your own body weight and weights/resistance bands you will improve your muscle strength and increase your metabolic rate by building muscle.  I will combine exercises that will challenge your flexibility and balance during cardio and weight training to ensure that you are improving all areas of fitness.  This class is offered twice a week.  For optimal results I suggest you attend this class at least once and commit to (2 ) other classes that will help you get results fast. A cycling class will increase your cardio endurance and yoga will provide strength, flexibility and mind/body balance to help you achieve optimal fitness.  The best part is you can work with a team to provide support and hold you accountable for results.  More details will be given in class on how we will achieve this.
