Why No Excuse Fitness?  Not because I am a Jillian Micheals type fitness trainer and I don't want to hear all your excuses about why you can't workout. Quite the opposite actually.  I want to help you make fitness easier.  There are hundreds of reasons we could both list about why you just can't workout today.  "I am too tired", "I don't have the time,", "It takes to long to get the gym and back", "I don't want to have to wear makeup and wear cute matching workout clothes", etc., etc., etc.  As a fitness instructor I have heard these and many other excuses over and over.  

Last year I had an inspirational idea to start a group fitness studio in my home to make fitness more accessible and convienent to my friends and neighbors.  I want to help everyone I can realize that fitness is a way of life, a healthy habit, and not just a means to lose weight for a few weeks or months.  I have developed a passion for indoor cycling classes that has helped me control my weight for the last five years.  I am excited to show you how you can take on a challenging class like cycling and conquer it!!  I have also found a new love and appreciation for yoga and look forward to teaching you how to balance you mind and body while challenging yourself.  I am studying to be a personal trainer and am offering sessions at an amazing rate until I obtain my certification to help me learn through experience.  Check out the personal training link above to learn more.
